Day 1 Nairobi-Maasai mara
Pick up from airport or hotel and depart from Nairobi through the flow of great rift valley with a stopover at great Rift valley and view the escarpment taking a Magnificant photo, proceed to Narok whereby you will have your lunch, after having lunch you drive about 4 hours to arrive at Maasai mara national reserve check in the camp around 1600hrs then proceed to evening game drive this is the best game drive to observe the sunset and various birds and animal species. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge
Day 2 Maasai mara full day
After breakfast proceeds to an intensive full day in the land savannah, you will have a nice view of the sunrise in the morning and also witness cat killing this time mostly predators are active. you will be able to view the big five which include lion, elephant Buffalo leopard, and rhino, Maasai mara national reserve is well known for annual wildebeest migration which takes place in the month of early July and late October.In the afternoon you can opt to visit the masia village learn about their culture and practices like how they prepare their meals,perform daily chores like milking their cows,herding their cattle,preparing fire like the olden days using basic sticks and stones.
Day 3 Maasai mara full day
After breakfast spend the whole day on and extensive gamedrive at the Mara.The Mara has amazing scenery that produces wonderful images take photographs of natuire and the animals at both close range and distant as most times you may find lions crossing or laying at the roads,others some as close as under the safari vans.Wildlife viewing throughout the year is always amazing and the animal population never dissapoints.The open plain in the Mara give such breathtaking views and the African sun makes even the environment more magical.The animal density at The Mara making it such a rewarding safari destination.After your extensive game drive take time to relax in the afternoon and have your dinner and overnight at a budget camp/lodge.
Day 4 Maasai mara –Nakuru
Early morning rise,breakfast then proceed for gamedrive enroute.The morning hours are crucial as this is when most cats are active and you can get to catch a glimpse of a hunt.Thereafter departthe amara region towards Lake Nakuru Region enroute get fascinating views of lake elementaita as well as mount Longonot.Arrive at Your budget hotel in Nakuru,where you will have your dinner and overnight.
Day 5 Nakuru-Nairobi
Rise up for your breakfast then proceed to a gamedrive at Lake Nakuru National Park.This park has a reputation of having the largest concentration of Rhinos in the whole country,it is also home to both the white and Black rhinos.Lake Nakuru is also home to the flamingoes that gives the lake a disctinct pink rim.Sightings of rothschild giraffe,cape buffalo,waterbuck,lion,leopard,zebras,gazelles,impala,eland,hyrax are a common sight at this park.Later depart from Nakuru to Nairobi,arrive at Nairobi around early afternoon hours,drop off at your local hotel in Nairobi or at the aiport.
