Amazing trip with an amazing operator I was apprehensive at first as I never usually use tour booking agents. It started as a quote on a website, moved to emails and then was finalised via WhatsApp. I had not a lot in terms of what you would call "official" confirmation of booking. And everything was communicated via WhatsApp.This being said. It was amazing. Everything that was planned went ahead and we had the most amazing experience. We stayed at Voi safari lodge and Ngutuni safari lodge in Tsavo east. The second night of our planned lodge was changed due to unforseen circumstances but we was accomodated with what can only be described as an upgrade. It was truly magical. We was lucky enough to see many families of elephants, we saw girrafe and buffalo, we was also lucky enough se a pride lions eating a buffalo. Definitely something we will never forget. One thing to be noted and the only reason they did not receive 5 star is the payment was requested in USD cash. This in it self is not an issue, though upon payment some of the bills had minor wear and tear, such as nicks and cuts on the edges. It was brought to our attention that any bills under a certain year and any that were too heavily used would not be accepted by Kenyan banks. If I didn't have a few spare bills to use as tips this could have had major detrimental effects on the trip.This needs to be communicated prior to arrival as I could have asked the bank for fresh bills. Amazing experience This was our first safari and it did not disappoint. From the booking agent Edward to the driver and guide, Jackson.Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we had a fabulous time. Maasai mara-Lake Nakuru Did a trip with my Friends this past weekend to the Maasai mara and later on proceeded to Nakuru and it's was one of the best ever, we had the best driver who was also our Guide,he was so nice to us and knew the routes really well, we even spotted a lion with its cabs, zebras,some elephants and many others .... everybody in the crew really enjoyed the trip that they promised to do another one on July to see the wildebeest migration, thank you very much Africa Magical.
